四川省天全县农民自建房震损情况总结

[摘要]  2013年四川省芦山县发生里氏7.0级地震，通过对灾后重建规划工作进行调研，发现天全县震害具有“城镇轻、乡村重”的特点，农民自建房受损严重。根据调研成果，探讨农民自建房抗震安全存在的问题，并结合当地特点，提出农宅自救五步加固法和农民自建房防震减灾建议。

Abstract：Lushan County in SichuanProvince suffers Richter 7.0 earthquake in 2013. Through the Survey for the post-disaster reconstruction planning, the seismic damage in TianquanCounty is severe in villages but relative slighter in towns. Houses built by famers themselves were badly damaged. Based on the survey results, seismic safety problems of the famer houses were discussed and five-step self-help reinforcement method of farmer house after earthquake and seismic damage reduction recommendations on farmer houses were proposed considering local characteristics.Keywords:Lushan earthquake; farmers house; structural; construction quality; five-step reinforcement method;
